Born and raised in Yonkers, N.Y. John grew up in the North End. After graduating from Stepinac High School, he Joined the United States Marine Corps in September 2008. He earned he eligibility for the Veterans of Foreign Wars serving as a machine gunner for Route clearing team in Afghanistan 2010.  Wounded in Action during this time when his team was ambushed. John received the Purple Heart Medal for his injuries.

 

John again deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 with 8 ESB. Transitioned to Marine Reconnaissance in 2013. He Joined 2nd Force Recon after completion of the Basic Reconnaissance Course. John was Assistant Team Leader/Breacher on a freefall team where they deployed in 2017 on the 26 MEU where the team directly supported JSOC in undisclosed locations.

 

After leaving the Marine Corps in 2018. John went on to Graduate Cum Laude. in 2022 from Fordham University Gabelli school of business with a bachelor's in finance and minor in Economics and Fintech. John joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 where he works in Risk Management for Fixed Income.

 

John is married to his beautiful wife, Adriana and the couple have three wonderful daughters.
