John Coghlan joined the United Sates Nave right after high school. He trained and served as a Gunner's Mate abord the USS John F. Kennedy from 1981-1984. John earned his eligibility in the Veterans of Foreign Wars by earning the Navy Expeditionary Medal during the Beirut Lebanon conflict.

 

After leaving the Navy Join entered the NYPD serving the communities of the Bronx and Manhattan as a cop and a detective. Jonny is happily married and the father of two beautiful daughters and he is now a proud grandfather.
